DecoGlaze® is currently looking to establish stand alone franchises in specific geographical areas of B.O.P, Wellington and Northland. DecoGlaze® has an established “Franchise System” that has set up all of our current trading outlets. Most of our existing franchisees had minimal knowledge of our industry before they joined the DecoGlaze® team.

In addition to our franchise network, DecoGlaze® has a very dedicated and professional in house team committed to ensuring the success of your business as a whole. That means as our franchisee, you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.

Our comprehensive initial training covering all aspects of our business, with particular focus on the measuring and installation process, extends into our ongoing support structure of which our franchisees found most useful. DecoGlaze® Franchisees are all given an open ongoing invitation to enhance their business knowledge and understanding by means of unlimited extra training as they require after their initial induction.

DecoGlaze® has a dedicated staff member from our management team who will support you and your business with all the day-to-day operations. Technical support, training, development, practical advice and the use of proven internal systems, marketing materials and sales strategies are available to all DecoGlaze® outlets.
